Entirely filmed on a Sony Handycam, we witness a wedding, a high school graduation, and the daily life of small-town individuals. Here, young boys can’t wait to shoot a gun, and old ladies recount stories of presidential assassinations and first loves. A roadside carnie for the stars is ready to settle down, and a man with a player piano impersonates singers from the birth of the American Century. All of this and everything else is Springfield, USA.
